Terms and Conditions - Car/Coach Rental

  1. Billing: Charges will apply from garage to garage based on time and kilometers traveled.
  2. Service Duration: Rentals exceeding four hours will be billed under an 80 kilometers and 8-hour package.
  3. Taxes and Charges: Parking charges, tolls, and state taxes will be charged extra based on original receipts. If state taxes are prepaid, 1/3rd of the actual receipt will be charged.
  4. Inclusive Packages: For package tours, all parking, chauffeur, and state taxes are included in the rental price.
  5. Service Tax and Card Fees: Service tax will be levied on the gross invoice as per government norms. For credit card payments, an additional 2% fee will be applicable.
  6. Vehicle Usage: Charges apply once the vehicle departs from our garage, regardless of usage.
  7. Breakdowns and Emergencies: In case of a mechanical fault or incident, replacement vehicles will be provided as soon as possible. If the client arranges their own vehicle, charges will apply only up to the point of the incident.
  8. AC Failure: If the air conditioning fails, AC rates will apply only up to the failure point. From that point, compensation of up to 15% will be provided for the remaining journey.
  9. Payment Terms: Payments must be made within 30 days of invoice submission. Delayed payments will incur a 2% monthly interest.
  10. Complaints: Any complaints must be reported immediately to enable prompt resolution. Post-service complaints will not be entertained. Our office is available 24/7 for assistance.
  11. Natural Disasters: Delays due to natural calamities like landslides, earthquakes, or floods will be the client’s responsibility.
  12. Liability: We are not responsible for losses due to technical failures, accidents, or loss of productivity. Claims for such incidents must be directed to our insurance provider.
  13. Lost Items: We are not responsible for any belongings left in the vehicle. Items found will be delivered to the client’s address with additional charges.
  14. Cancellation Policy:
    1. From the reservation date up to 30 days before departure: 10% of the gross amount or a minimum of 1-day charges.
    2. Between 29 to 15 days prior: 25% of the gross amount or a minimum of 1-day charges.
    3. Between 14 to 2 days prior: 50% of the gross amount or a minimum of 1-day charges.
    4. Within 48 hours or for no-shows: 100% of the gross amount.
  15. Safety Breaks: For your safety, chauffeurs will take a 15-minute rest after 2 hours of continuous driving and a 15–30-minute break after 4 hours of continuous driving.
  16. Food and Beverages: No eatables, alcoholic beverages, tea, or coffee are allowed while the vehicle is in motion.
  17. Damage to Vehicle: Any damage caused to the vehicle due to client negligence will be the responsibility of the traveling person or the associated company.
  18. Price Adjustments: Rates are subject to change based on petroleum prices or state taxes without prior notice.
  19. Legal Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
